Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your NOM Maternity pieces throughout every stage of motherhood. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
